SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly organized and motivated E&I Project Engineer to support Electrical and Instrumentation project activities in Luanda, Angola. Position Summary
The E&I Project Engineer will act as a key link between project teams, technical departments, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support daily Electrical and Instrumentation project activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and technical requirements.
- Assist project managers in achieving project milestones and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned project tasks.
Technical Engineering Support
- Provide engineering support for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing engineering calculations and technical assessments.
- Participate in project design reviews and technical meetings.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities when required.
Commercial & Proposal Development
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
- Evaluate project requirements and estimate project resources.
- Support cost analysis and project budgeting activities.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
Logistics & Material Coordination
- Coordinate personnel mobilization and project logistics.
- Manage material dispatch and equipment tracking.

- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to support project execution.
Human Resource Coordination
- Support coordination of internal and external project personnel.
- Assist with workforce planning and contractor management.
- Monitor manpower requirements throughout project phases.

- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
