Job Overview
The Risk Advisory Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive risk management services to Deloitte’s clients in Angola and the broader region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end risk assessment engagements, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans tailored to client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic advice to C‑suite executives on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with audit, tax, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions that address multi‑disciplinary client needs.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities to expand Deloitte’s risk advisory footprint.

Required Skills

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as Certified Risk Analyst (CRA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.
Experience
Applicants must possess 5‑7 years of relevant experience in risk advisory, internal audit, compliance, or financial consulting, preferably within a Big Four or comparable professional services environment. Demonstrated experience working with clients in Angola’s key sectors—such as banking, energy, telecom, and manufacturing—is advantageous.
Salary
