Job Overview

The Solar Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of utility‑scale solar farms in the Moxico province, overseeing feasibility studies, permitting, engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Reporting to the Regional Director of Renewable Energy, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This position plays a critical role in advancing TotalEnergies’ renewable portfolio, supporting Angola’s Vision 2030, and delivering clean energy to underserved communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for solar farm development from concept to commercial operation.
  • Lead feasibility assessments, resource analysis, and financial modeling to secure project viability.
  • Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals in compliance with Angolan law.
  • Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers.

Required Skills

Salary
