Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring performance metrics align with Shell’s standards.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, service agreements, and long‑term partnerships with key vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to define procurement requirements and timelines.
- Implement and monitor digital procurement tools, enhancing data visibility and process efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting procurement performance and risk assessments.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or similar data‑visualization tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of global supply chain best practices and procurement regulations.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba or comparable e‑procurement platforms.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or an MBA are considered a strong advantage and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
Experience
Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic procurement, preferably within the oil & gas or heavy‑industry sectors. Experience in contract management, supplier relationship management, and cost‑analysis is essential. Prior exposure to international procurement environments will be highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, performance‑based bonuses and allowances are offered to reward exceptional contributions.
