Job Overview
The Retail Store Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of our flagship Benguela store, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and collaborates closely with merchandising, logistics, human resources, and finance teams. The manager will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing store layout, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while maintaining strict compliance with Shoprite’s standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to minimize shrinkage.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
