Job Overview
The Store Operations Manager will lead all aspects of store performance, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily store operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed monthly sales and profit targets.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate department supervisors and front‑line staff to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to Angola.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust product assortment and pricing.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Lead loss prevention initiatives and manage shrinkage reduction programs.
- Drive customer service excellence through training and performance monitoring.

Salary
The competitive compensation package ranges from SSP 2,500,000 to SSP 4,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance. Additional performance‑based bonuses are available.
