Job Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end SAP solutions for enterprise customers in Namibe and the wider Angolan market. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Architecture, the incumbent will work closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future‑ready architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to capture customer business objectives and translate them into comprehensive SAP solution designs.

• Lead technical workshops and proof‑of‑concept sessions with clients to validate solution feasibility and value.
• Provide guidance on best practices for security, performance optimization, and scalability across hybrid cloud environments.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure alignment with architectural standards and successful project delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT within the SAP ecosystem.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including solution blueprints, technical specifications, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including proposal development, cost estimation, and ROI analysis.
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing whitepapers, blog posts, and presenting at regional SAP events.
• Mentor junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and related enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid deployment models.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Project management experience, preferably with SAP Activate methodology.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Technology Associate, or cloud architecture credentials (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect) are highly desirable.

Experience

Salary
