Job Overview
The Aftermarket Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of Toyota Angola’s service centers in the Calulo region. Reporting to the Aftermarket Services Manager, the coordinator will ensure seamless coordination between service technicians, parts inventory, and customer communications, driving high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of technicians and resources.
- Manage parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to prevent service delays.
- Process warranty claims in accordance with Toyota global standards and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align service promotions with dealership objectives.
- Prepare and analyze service performance reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies within the service department.
