Job Overview

The Agricultural Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all agricultural activities at Cargill’s Benguela facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day farm activities, including planting, irrigation, pest management, and harvesting.
• Manage a team of agronomists, field supervisors, and labor staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely transport of harvested crops to processing facilities and export terminals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield per hectare, input utilization, and cost efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and Cargill’s internal safety policies.
