Job Overview

The Construction Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and reporting on project performance metrics for CRCC’s flagship infrastructure projects in the Cacuso region. You will work closely with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams to ensure that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, aligning with contract milestones and client expectations.
  • Prepare cost forecasts, variance analyses, and earned value reports to track financial performance against the approved budget.
  • Identify schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies, and update risk registers in collaboration with the project team.
  • Coordinate change order processes, ensuring accurate impact assessment on cost, time, and scope.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams by providing timely data on material delivery schedules and resource allocation.
  • Conduct on‑site audits to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Facilitate regular project control meetings, documenting decisions and action items.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools (SAP, Oracle Primavera Cost).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on earned value management and variance analysis.
