Job Overview

The Industrial Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance schedules for Caterpillar’s manufacturing lines in Chicomba. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and aligns maintenance activities with production targets. Education

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance planning or reliability engineering within a heavy‑equipment manufacturing environment. Prior exposure to large‑scale industrial operations in Angola or similar emerging markets is highly desirable.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 Angolan Kwanza (SSP) per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and cost‑of‑living adjustments aligned with Angola’s economic conditions.
