Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and procedures
- Apply and enforce safety rules in all field operations
- Conduct daily risk assessments and participate in safety talks
- Support supervisors in implementing HSE standards on-site
- Ensure proper training and safety awareness within teams
- Verify waste management compliance across all activities
- Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Operations & Maintenance:
- Plan and execute mechanical maintenance activities on-site
- Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate field interventions
- Ensure safe and efficient repair of oil and gas equipment
- Use CMMS systems to manage and track maintenance operations
- Prepare and submit technical and intervention reports
- Monitor system performance and equipment reliability
- Support troubleshooting and breakdown recovery operations
- Mentor junior technicians and support skill development
- Assist in specialized maintenance contracts and field operations
Methods & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze recurring maintenance issues and propose improvements
- Improve preventive maintenance strategies and workflows
- Identify spare parts issues and recommend corrective actions
- Contribute to operational efficiency and equipment availability
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards
- Verify technical competence of team members
- Recommend training and corrective actions when required
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Candidate Profile:
- Higher National Diploma (HND), HNC, BTS, DUT, or equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment and systems
- Experience with SAP/R3 or similar CMMS platforms
- Ability to lead multicultural technical teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to work in offshore and harsh environments
- English proficiency (minimum Bright 3.5 or equivalent level)
