Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices that promote environmental stewardship and improve crop yields
- Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in sustainable agriculture and develop recommendations for implementation
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
